WardogsAdmin's reputation system is built around your actual in-game player ID — bans, reports and commendations from other players all attach to that ID, not to your website login. Without linking, the site has no way of knowing which in-game player is you.
Once linked, your own reputation score and stats show up right on your dashboard, and you can commend other players you've played with — which only counts once your account is tied to a real in-game identity.
